What is the £5 reservation for?

To book a seat we charge £5 and this money is then subtracted from your piece.

Whats included in the price?

The price of each piece, covers everything! This includes your ceramic, materials and firing. After painting each piece is hand finished and fired. We’re very proud that all of our pottery work is done exclusively by hand in our small workshop.

Can I bring food and drink?

Yes you can bring any snacks and non- alcoholic drinks you like. Alcohol is allowed strictly after 5pm.

Pottery Aftercare?

Everything is food safe when it is glazed and finished. We do suggest hand-washing your pieces to allow them to last longer and to avoid the microwave.

Can I get my pottery posted?

Unfortunately we cannot facilitate postage as we cannot guarantee the safety of the pieces in transport. Pottery is collection only.

When can I collect my pottery?

It typically takes pieces two weeks (minimum) to be ready for collection. This can vary depending on how busy we are. If you have still not heard anything after four weeks please email us.

Are children allowed?

Yes under 18s are allowed as along as they are supervised by a parent or guardian at all times. Everyone attending must have a ticket. Email us for more information on children’s birthday parties.

Refund or transfer tickets?

No refunds or deposits or time moves. If you cannot attend your booked spot we won't be able to move you or refund your deposit. If you cannot make your allocated time slot you forfeit your deposit and will need to rebook your time.
